International Needs Philippines believes that child sponsorship is a powerful tool to connect to a child in need. It changes the life of not only the one being sponsored at, but also the one sponsoring the child. Basically, a sponsor acts like a second parent to his/her sponsored child – sharing the child’s achievements and milestones, learning about his dreams and personal life and praying for his future filled with wondrous possibilities.

HOW SPONSORS CAN HELP?

Child sponsorships relieved the needs of a child living in poverty. A sponsored child receives the following:

Educational Assistance
Health, Nutrition and Dental support
Life skills and trainings program
Emergency aid
Family Livelihood Assistance
Spiritual and child support system as provided by our churches and Coordinators

CAN I STILL SPONSOR A CHILD WHEN I’M HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES?

Definitely! Local sponsorship is a fairly recent endeavor. Right now, we have 13 service areas across the country but our center of operations is in Marikina City, Metro Manila. If you’re willing to sponsor a child, kindly connect to us through communications@ineeds.org.ph and we will send you a link for our online child database so you can pick which child you will sponsor 🙂 After that, we will discuss with you the process of sponsorship and other important matters you should adhere to when sponsoring a child.
